SL7 – DG MiniVault™ Range
We have a range of SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ available to the market, from units designed to separate multiple conflicting hazardous substances with zero separation through to 200 litre drum and smaller package storage. Each unit has multiple uses in the marketplace and can be easily engineered to facilitate product line dispensing.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ are a product that can also be used as an independent ‘transit’ stowage unit for freight forwarding operations and transportation of conflicting products, particularly where separation and footprint restrictions are an issue.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ are designed to be either freestanding inside and outside a building or they can be used as a transit stowage unit where zero separation of hazardous substance is a requirement.
They also provide the following benefits;
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ arrive at site certified compliant as a WorkSafe (NZ) Type ‘D’ package storage unit.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ comply with the zero separation requirements as specified for a WorkSafe (NZ) Type ‘D’ storage, both inside and outside a building and particularly where ground footprints are at a premium.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ are certified compliant to 240/240/240 FRR/L.
SL7™ DG Mini Vaults™ are independently tested and approved to AS1530.4.
SL7™ DG Mini Vaults™ are AS1940:2017 approved for class 3 zero separation to buildings & boundaries in Australia.
SL7™ DG Mini Vaults™ are AS1940:2017 approved for inside building & outside building use in Australia.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ can be used to dispense hazardous substance fluids direct to equipment with the addition of a fire collar, for example fibre glassing resin distribution to chopper guns. Combined with a fire rating of 240/240/240 FRR they still exceed exceed the rating for a ‘Type 2’ and meet the ‘Type 3’ workroom regulations.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ come standard with their own integral bunding.
SL7 DG Mini Vaults™ can be used side by side to store multiple conflicting hazardous substances classes to reduce separation distances.

The DG CubeVault™ is designed to store small packaged hazardous substances. They feature all of the benefits of our SL7 MiniVaults™ and come standard with the following specifications;

SL7™ – Internal dimensions 714mmL x 780mmW x 680mmH.
SL7™ – 240/240/240 FRR rated.
SL7™ – 75 litre contained and integral bunding.
SL7™ – Removable shelves x 2

DG200/20 Vault™:
The DG200/20 Vault™ is designed to store up to 200 litre drum sizes (with conditions) or it can be optionally fitted with shelving for smaller packages. They feature all of the benefits of our SL7 MiniVaults™ and come standard with the following specifications;
SL7™ – External dimensions 1500mmH x 945mmW x 900mmD.
SL7™ – Internal dimensions 940mmH (from grated floor) x 780mmW x 720mmD.
SL7™ – 240/240/240 FRR rated.

DG1800DD Vault™:
The DG1800DD Vault™ is designed to store up to 200 litre drum sizes or it can be optionally fitted with shelving for smaller packages. They feature all of the benefits of our SL7 MiniVaults™ and come standard with the following specifications;

SL7™ – Internal dimensions 1238mmH (from grated floor) x 1679mmW x 719mmD.
