SL7™ Innovations have designed, developed and now offers to market modular, relocatable 240/240/240 FFR/L DG WorkRooms™ for customers who need a 240/240/240 FRR/L approved handling, mixing or manufacturing room.
All SL7™ DG WorkRooms™ are portable and can be designed as integrated modular, connect together units. SL7™ can individually tailor design and manufacture to suit the client requirement whilst maintaining the full portability of the overall unit.

SL7 DG WorkRooms™ are tested and approved to AS1530.4.
SL7™ DG WorkRooms™ are AS1940:2017 approved for class 3 zero separation to buildings & boundaries in Australia.
SL7™ DG WorkRooms™ are AS1940:2017 approved for inside building & outside building use in Australia.
SL7™ DG WorkRooms™ can be adapted to dispense hazardous substance fluids direct to equipment via approved feed lines with the addition of a fire collar ie, fibre glassing resin distribution to chopper guns.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ are standard with integral secondary containment to size of DG WorkRoom™.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ can be supplied ‘customer optioned’ with AS1482 compliant extraction and/or ventilation system extracting down to Non-Hazardous (NH) ie, NH by ventilation and purge cycles or EXV.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ meet AS/NZS 4114 as a paint mixing facility.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ can be supplied ‘customer optioned’ to AS/NZS 2381 if electrical lighting, points and explosive atmosphere requirements need to be met.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ are certified compliant to 240/240/240 FRR/L.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ are fitted with mechanical door closers.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ are certified compliant to be used for the purposes of a WorkSafe (NZ) ‘Types 2 & 3’ Workrooms.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ products by gross mass are 237% lighter than an equivalent 190mm thick concrete structure. Concrete alternatives generally require extensive foundation engineering, construction expense, consenting expense and any associated structural engineering fees.
SL7 DG WorkRooms™ are 100% relocatable as well as modular, so can be transported by conventional transport eg, truck swing lift as they meet the required ISO standards for lifting and relocation.
