SL7 – DG Vault™ Range

SL7™ Innovation has designed, developed and now offers to market a certified compliant, relocatable 240/240/240 FRR/L, storage and containment solution that can be adapted to any business use, market or environment.

With the vault ranges inherent portability comes many unique benefits over traditional concrete structures where, we believe, FRR/L integrity and compliance could be considered questionable.

Listed here are some of the benefits of our SL7™ Vault range;

SL7™ DG Vaults™ – arrive at site certified compliant as a WorkSafe (NZ) Type ‘D’ package storage unit.

SL7™ DG Vaults™ comply with the zero separation requirements as specified for a WorkSafe (NZ) Type ‘D’ storage, both inside and outside a building and particularly where separation distances to buildings and boundaries are a major issue.

SL7™ DG Vaults™ are independently tested and certified compliant to 240/240/240 FRR/L.

SL7™ DG Vaults™ are independently tested and approved to AS1530.4.

SL7™ DG Vaults™ are AS1940:2017 approved for class 3 zero separation to buildings & boundaries in Australia.

SL7™ DG Vaults™ are AS1940:2017 approved for inside building & outside building use in Australia.

SL7™ DG Vaults™ can be optionally fitted with door closers.

SL7 DG Vaults™ come in ‘high cube’ – 3 metre and 6 metre options.

SL7 DG Vaults™ all come with integral secondary containment. Our 3 metre vaults have 2,500 litre bunding and our 6 metre vaults have 5,000 litre bunding as standard.

SL7 DG Vaults™ are portable and delivered to site ‘business ready’ by conventional transportation eg, swing lift domestically or container shipping internationally, as they meet the required ISO standards for lifting/relocation.

SL7 DG Vaults™ are deemed relocatable by most councils and therefore do not require a Resource Consent or Building Consent which can save considerable time and expense.

SL7 DG Vaults™ products by gross mass are 237% lighter than an equivalent 190mm thick concrete structure. Concrete alternatives generally require extensive foundation engineering, construction expense, consenting expense and any associated structural engineering fees.

SL7 DG Vaults™ products portability makes them easily relocatable to new premises or even on sold whereas concrete vaults are a ‘sunk cost’ to a business.

SL7 DG Vaults™ portability automatically makes them an equitable asset on a company’s asset register.

SL7 DG Vaults™ come with all surfaces two pack epoxy painted.

SL7 DG Vaults™ come with fire test certificate, PS1, PS4 (if requested) and a certification plate attached detailing all relevant information.
